5) Dummy leads a Heart and East wins with the Queen.

   The endplay looks to be on again with West leading.
 
7) West returns a Heart to East's King but South ruffs.
 
   E/W have won 2 tricks and South's goose is cooked. There is no way to avoid the loss of another Spade trick.
   The key is at trick one. South must avoid ruffing the AC! Instead they throw away a Heart they have to lose anyways. Hearts are eliminated and West endplayed.
