   Now you've learned the great lesson of this hand. Sometimes a weak 4-4 trump fit is better than a strong 6-2 fit. This is because with a 4-4 fit you have trumps in Both hands to do some ruffing, And you also have a long side suit you can setup and run.
   When you're in a 6-2 fit, it's harder to ruff a lot in the 2 hand, and there is no side suit you can set up. This is why it was more important for South to rebid their Hearts to show 4 of them, than to keep bidding Spades.
